APEX Brand Story

Started as a family business initiative in 2007 by the husband and wife duo, Yinon and Sagi Vardi. Later, joined by Yinon’s younger brother, Yogev Vardi. Together, the three entrepreneurs from Israel established Apex Retail as one of the pioneer companies that brings premium international brands to prestigious Asian markets. All the brands undergo careful selection from the most exclusive international sources for their luxurious, unique, and effective ingredients that differentiate them from their competitors. Building high-end retail concept stores at premium locations further aid in developing brand values that attract customers and their loyalty.

Apex Retail also prided itself in its first-class customer service with the highest customer satisfaction guaranteed. With an in-house call center housing a strongly built team of skillful customer service officers, they specialize in handling all customer inquiries, needs and expectations. The combination of top-quality products and customer service has brought the company to where it is today, housing over 150 employees in the family and a total of 13 retail stores across Hong Kong and Singapore.

2007

Establishment

The company started out with humble beginnings, setting up a kiosk.

2010

Growth

From a kiosk to designer boutiques, we started introducing more luxury skincare brands to Singapore. We also opened our first Privilege Boutique store at the Star Vista, Singapore.

2016

Recognition

We were awarded by various organisations with Promising SME500 2016 Award & the Singapore Prestige Class Award.

2017

Expansion

We opened our first designer boutique in Hong Kong and were a finalist for the HRM Asia Award 2017. We organised the World Mission Society Church of God Soccer Match.

2020

Big Developments

This year saw the opening of our new store at the Time Square, Hong Kong. We also opened our second Privilege Boutique store at Orchard Gateway, Singapore.

2021

Strategic Expansion

We launched a membership for Privilege Boutique and opened a tool of 13 designer boutique stores across Singapore & Hong Kong.

2022

Awards & Recognition

We proudly received the SME 500 Singapore Award and were certified as a Great Place to Work® in Singapore.

2023

Digital Transformation & Innovation

We introduced Beauty Planet, our official e-commerce platform, bringing premium skincare and advanced beauty technology to customers online.

Through Beauty Planet, we expanded into premium beauty devices and hair loss treatment devices, continuing to innovate and meet the evolving beauty needs of our clients.

2024

Elite Expansion

We unveiled Privilege Boutique Elite, our flagship destination that redefines luxury skincare and aesthetics, offering exclusivity, elegance, and innovation to our clientele.

2025

Global Growth

A landmark year of expansion — we opened two new Privilege Boutique stores, along with two DUALSONIC flagship boutiques in Singapore, one in Hong Kong, and one in The Parisian Macao.

We also launched two AVINICHI experience boutiques, showcasing cutting-edge beauty technology and personalized skincare experiences.

Today, we proudly operate a total of 9 outlets in Singapore, 9 outlets in Hong Kong, and 1 outlet in Macao, continuing our mission to bring luxury skincare and advanced beauty technology to the world.
