Beautician
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality facial beauty services
- Explain basic skincare routine to customers
Reuqirements：
- 2 years or above related experience with knowledge of skin theory
- Professional facial massage techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Fluent in Cantonese, Good in English and Madarin

Telemarketer
Responsibilities
- Contact existing customers to book beauty treatments (no cold call required)
- Provide high-quality after-sales service to customers
- Handle customer inquiries, collect customer feedback and communicate it to the internal team of the company
- Manage customer database, accurately record all customer contact information and required follow-up actions
- Report to supervisor regularly
Reuqirements：
- HKDSE or above, at least 1 year of experience in beauty retail or luxury retail industry preferred
- Candidates with experience in telephone sales preferred
- Customer and team oriented, detail oriented, problem solving in an effective and efficient manner
- Good communication and telephone skills
- Good oral and written skills in Chinese and English
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Hardworking, willing to learn and good at teamwork
- Candidates with experience in using Salesforce or other CRM tools will have an advantage
- Candidates who can start work immediately will be preferred

Responsibilities
- Introduce beauty products and treatments, and establish good relationships with customers
- Carefully understand customer needs and share skin care knowledge
- Assist in the daily operation of the store
